About Dr. Nancy Post

Dr. Nancy Post is a true expert on how to build and use human energy.  Creating methods of individual and organizational performance with roots in both East Asian medicine and modern Organizational Behavior, she has spent her career advising leaders on how to optimize their own performance and health as well as the health of their teams and organizations.

Blending her deep knowledge of health, leadership and organizational performance, she is known for “wise, innovative and compassionate counsel…with a practical edge.”  Her mission says it all:  “To provide insight, humor, and intelligence to individuals, teams, and organizations through the counscious use of energy.”

good cropIn addition to designing and running customized training and consulting programs in scores of organizations,  Dr. Post has held a variety of positions at the University of Pennsylvania: in the Masters program for mid-career professionals in Organizational Dynamics; at Wharton’s Aresty Institute for Executive Education, at the graduate School of Education and at Temple University’s execute MBA program.  She spent three years as an executive coach in the 1990’s to senior executives at Wharton’s Advanced Management Program.

Dr. Post holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, a Masters in Acupuncture from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated Cum Laude in Psychology and Economics while playing first string on the women’s varsity tennis team.  She also trained at the Houston School for Psychotherapy and Training where she completed certification in individual and group dynamics.

She lives in Philadelphia, with her husband, a technology CEO, and stills plays tennis competitively.
